Excellent verbal communication and a customer-first attitude are essential, as is the ability to work weekends and holidays. You will contribute to revenue through upselling and cross-department collaboration to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Provide knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and support service recovery.
• Follow established guest service procedures to ensure satisfaction.
