Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience required, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Assist guests by knowing hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation; upsell rooms and amenities; handle cash and transactions.
• Maintain safety and cost controls; follow Hampton Inn procedures for incidents; adhere to safety procedures.
