Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Sacramento is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lanes and equipment. You’ll ring sales, operate the POS system, and help with basic bowling instruction in a lively, friendly environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong phone etiquette, and prior hospitality or service experience. The role offers hourly pay of $16.90–$18.00 with benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
