Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests in a lively bowling environment and deliver a warm, first-class experience at the front desk.

The role includes managing the waitlist, ringing sales, and assisting guests with basic bowling instruction, while ensuring excellent service and smooth operations. Pay is $17–$18/hour with perks like free bowling and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in school/previous job.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter.
• Follow cash control procedures and operate POS system.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate central panel, computers and P/A system.
