Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, run the waitlist and assist with bowling lanes and equipment. You will handle sales at the counter and help guests with basic bowling instruction.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or hospitality experience, superior telephone etiquette, and are able to work evenings/weekends. Pay ranges around $17–$18.70 per hour with healthcare and other benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers and PA system.
