Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Visalia, CA is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, answer questions, and manage the lane waitlist. You’ll ring sales, operate the POS, and assist with basic bowling instruction in a dynamic entertainment venue.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or hospitality experience, strong phone etiquette, and can handle sensitive cash procedures while delivering a high-energy guest experience.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track lane availability.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Provide basic bowling instruction to guests.
• Operate POS systems and PA system.

Responsibilities
