Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and address inquiries with efficiency. You will promote loyalty programs and handle payments, while ensuring a smooth guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use hotel systems.
• Knowledge of the local area and hotel services.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests, registering them in the hotel system.
• Promote and enroll guests in the loyalty program and recognize members.
• Process payments at check-in/check-out and report daily receipts.
• Assist guests with service requests, keys, safes, and charges.
• Respond to guest complaints with solutions and escalation as needed.
• Answer calls and manage reservations accurately and courteously.
• Provide information about local area, services, and amenities.
• Manage laundry, wake-up calls, mail, and faxes for guests.
• Be aware of VIP guests and maintain a positive team attitude.
