Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, register them in the system and verify details.
• Promote and enroll guests in the hotel loyalty program.
• Process payments at check-in/out and manage daily receipts.
• Assist guests with service requests, keys, safety deposits, and charges.
• Respond to guest complaints with solutions and escalate when needed.
• Answer phones, handle reservations, and provide information.
