Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, register them into the system, and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently. You will respond to inquiries, handle reservations, and promote the loyalty program to enhance guest experience.

The role requires strong communication and basic computer skills, with the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, in Vandalia, OH. This position offers competitive pay and benefits per company policy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests, register them in the system and verify details.
• Promote and enroll guests in the hotel loyalty program.
• Process payments at check-in/out and manage daily receipts.
• Assist guests with service requests, keys, safety deposits, and charges.
• Respond to guest complaints with solutions and escalate when needed.
• Answer phones, handle reservations, and provide information.
