Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and address inquiries with efficiency. You will handle reservations, payments, and loyalty enrollment while maintaining a secure, friendly front desk environment.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 15 lbs; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, register them into the hotel system, verify reservation details and payment information.
• Promote and enroll guests in the hotel loyalty program and recognize members.
• Process payments during check-in/check-out and report daily receipts.
• Assist guests with service requests, such as keys, safety deposit boxes, and miscellaneous charges.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Answer calls, manage reservations, and assist with shuttle or transportation needs.
