Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Minnesota seeks a friendly Greeter/Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, track lane availability, and help with basic bowling instructions at the counter.

You will handle sales, operate the POS and related systems, and maintain a courteous, efficient service mindset in a lively entertainment environment. Applicants must be 18+ and able to work some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet guests warmly and assist over the phone.
• Manage waitlists and track lane availability.
• Handle sales at the counter and follow cash-control procedures.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction and equipment needs.
• Operate the POS, central panel, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
