Job summary

Regal is hiring Floor Staff across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will be scheduled as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly, and represent Regal with guest service excellence.

Duties include operating POS, upselling Premium Viewing, promoting Crown Club, handling tickets, monitoring MPAA compliance, maintaining clean facilities, and assisting guests. Candidates must complete cast certification, read training materials, and meet alcohol service

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving, complete legally required state/local training and Regal RB Server training.
• Ability to read and understand training materials covering harassment and discrimination.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS systems and handle cash, credit cards, and discounts accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing options and promote the Regal Crown Club program.
• Tear tickets, direct guests to seats, maintain safety and cleanliness in auditoriums and lobby areas.
