Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Falls Church, VA is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant for a part-time position. You will welcome guests, manage waitlists, and assist with lane assignments, shoes, and equipment while handling sales at the counter.

Daily tasks include operating the POS system, providing basic bowling instruction, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. Evening/Night shifts and weekend availability are required, with perks like free bowling and discounts on events.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track lane availability.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Operate the POS system and handle basic bowling instruction.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter issues and log them.
