Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Virginia seeks a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant for part-time evenings and nights. You will warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, ring sales at the counter, and operate POS and front-desk systems to create a great first impression.

You’ll assist guests with basic bowling instructions, coordinate with lanes and equipment, and help ensure a smooth guest experience in a high-energy entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; or restaurant/hospitality experience (optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
