Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant for a part-time role in Manassas, VA. You will greet guests, handle the phone, manage the waitlist, and assist guests with lane and equipment directions.

This position involves ringing sales, operating the POS system, and offering basic bowling tips while delivering excellent guest service in a lively entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Hospitality or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and seating flow.
• Track lane availability and assign lanes and equipment.
• Ring sales and operate the POS system.
• Provide basic bowling instruction to guests.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
