Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Annandale, VA is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, answer phones, manage waitlists, and ring sales at the counter.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and seating flow.
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes, and equipment.
