Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and support bowling operations at our Kentucky location. You will assist with lane assignments, provide basic bowling instruction, ring sales, and operate the POS and PA systems.

The role emphasizes a friendly, professional demeanor, strong telephone etiquette, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone, setting a welcoming tone
• Manage the waitlist and notify guests of lane availability
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and equipment
• Prepare for leagues and handle ring sales at the counter
• Follow cash control procedures and log sales
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions
• Assist guests with basic bowling instructions
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers and PA system
