lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor and develop a diverse team. You will drive exceptional guest service, ensure efficient floor coverage, and support Store Manager in hiring and coaching to meet business goals.

The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, year-round availability, and hands-on coaching to improve performance and guest satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience managing business operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the store floor by coaching team members.
• Provide floor leadership to ensure efficient coverage and store operations.
• Resolve guest feedback and escalations, making things right for guests.
• Collaborate with managers to review data and inform planning (P&L, sales, hiring).
• Maintain product presentation and layout through restocking and visual changes.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Follow safety policies and applicable regulations.
• Oversee delegated budget and labor hour aspects.
• Lead a subset of store employees as directed by the Store Manager.
