Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries are seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to blend hospitality with safety leadership. You will be the warm, welcoming face, greet guests, manage check-ins, and uphold compliance while ensuring a secure and friendly shopping experience.

The role requires mobility, address, and teamwork with ability to work varied shifts. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred; cannabis industry compliance and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism and assisting with check-in while ensuring compliance.
• Deter incidents and maintain a calm, safe environment through active monitoring and quick, empathetic responses.
• Escort customers when needed and support safety, cleanliness, compliance, and guest flow throughout the dispensary.
• Share safety insights with store teams and assist in training new APS team members.
• Report safety or compliance incidents promptly and participate in emergency procedures.
