Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience a plus when paired with hospitality-focused service.
Must be available for varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements and have valid ID.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and manage check-in with warmth and efficiency, upholding standards.
Deter incidents, monitor premises, and maintain safety and compliance.
De‑escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
Escort visitors and support store operations with safety and guest flow.
Report safety, security, or compliance incidents promptly and participate in emergency procedures.
Collaborate with store teams and train new APS members.
Stay mobile and present throughout shifts to support guests and operations.
