Job summary

Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries seek an Asset Protection Specialist to deliver hospitality-forward safety and security. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, and uphold compliance while maintaining a warm, professional presence across the dispensary floor.

You will be responsible for deterring incidents, patrolling the premises, and supporting team members with safety, cleanliness, and guest flow. The role requires flexible scheduling including weekends and background checks.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with a guest-first service mindset.
• Ability to work a schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable, responsible attendance required.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must be 21+ and compliant with cannabis employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be the first smiling face, greet guests, and manage check-in with warmth and efficiency.
• Set the RISe Vibe and provide concierge-level guest assistance.
• Deterrence, safety leadership, and responsive handling of incidents.
• Escort customers when needed; support store operations on safety and compliance.
• Report incidents promptly and participate in emergency procedures.
• Maintain inspections and patrols to ensure a secure environment.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS members.
