You’ll be the first smiling face, manage check-ins, and support safety, compliance, and guest flow across the dispensary floor.

Ideal candidates bring customer-facing experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a strong commitment to guest-first service in a cannabis retail setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and compliance technology.
• Must pass all required background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID and be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable, responsible attendance.
• Must remain compliant with cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and manage check-in with professionalism.
• Uphold compliance standards and assist with guest questions.
• Deter incidents through visibility and de-escalation, ensuring safety and calm.
• Escort customers and support guest flow and store operations.
• Collaborate with store teams and assist in training new Asset Protection team members.
• Report safety or compliance incidents promptly.
