Green Thumb Industries (RISE Dispensaries) seeks an Asset Protection Specialist to deliver a concierge‑style experience while ensuring safety and compliance. You will blend hospitality with security, greeting guests, managing check‑in, and supporting store operations with a calm, responsive presence.

The role emphasizes guest-first service, clear communication, and teamwork, including cross‑functional collaboration and on‑the‑floor training for new APS team members.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with guest-first service.
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements for varying shifts including weekends.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be 21 years or older and meet state cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be the first smiling face for guests, greet with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-in and uphold compliance standards with efficiency.
• Deter incidents, monitor entry/exit and store perimeters for safety and compliance.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers and support safety, guest flow, and operations on the floor.
• Report safety or compliance incidents promptly and support emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS team members.
