Compass Group USA, Rapport division, seeks a Welcome Host to create a warm, professional atmosphere for clients, executives and staff on the reception floor and public areas. You will be the first point of contact, directing visitors and assisting during their visit.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, escorting VIPs, coordinating space reservations, and coordinating with facilities and technology teams to ensure a high-quality experience for all guests.

• Ability to greet visitors and direct them to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level internal and external customer support.
• Greet employees and visitors, welcome visitors with a smile while maintaining eye contact.
• Meet, greet and escort VIP guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout arrival and stay.
• Assist with space reservations using an online tool.
• Direct guests to resources and check coats and luggage.
• Maintain visitor list and security procedures.
• Work with facilities and tech teams to ensure quality guest experience.
