Job summary

Signature Aviation in Roanoke, VA, seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crew, coordinating services with precision. You will handle concierge tasks, flight coordination, and on‑site assistance in a fast‑paced, hospitality‑driven setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of customer experience, 18+ years old, and a valid driver's license. You will work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, in a dynamic airport environment, upholding Signature's high service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass airport background checks and obtain an airport security badge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews, escorting them to entrances, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure timely, accurate service information transfer.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures.
• Provide concierge services: hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments.
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve requests, and handle billing disputes efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities, services, and local area information.
• Monitor arrivals and coordinate services with the Airside Experience Team using SIGops/SIGnet.
• Keep guest areas stocked and clean; assist with luggage and transport as needed.
• Promote and upsell Signature services to passengers and crew.
