Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crew, coordinating services with discretion and care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to navigate indoor and outdoor spaces near aircraft. You will deliver concierge services, support operations, and uphold Signature's high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to pass airport background checks and drug tests.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to follow directions and exercise good judgment.
• Able to drive standard and automatic vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and crews and escort to entrance or aircraft.
• Coordinate with team and other departments to ensure service delivery.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures.
• Provide concierge services: hotel, transport, catering, and customs.
• Handle inquiries and resolve requests efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities and services.
• Log services and priorities using SIGops/SIGnet.
• Assist with luggage and transportation as required.
• Support Airside Experience team to ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Identify crewmembers and visitors per security procedures.
