Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crew, coordinating services with the team behind the scenes. This hands-on role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, in an environment near aircraft and ground support equipment.

You will handle bookings, transportation, and concierge tasks while maintaining security and accuracy in all guest interactions. A positive, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience in customer experience, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks and airport security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and crews warmly and escort to entrances, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Coordinate with team to ensure services are handled promptly and courteously.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures; assist with basic accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services: hotel reservations, ground transport, catering, and customs appointments.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and manage billing disputes efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities, services, and local surroundings.
