Signature Aviation in the United States seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and flight crews, delivering hospitality with professionalism and care. The role adapts to a fast-paced environment near aircraft and ground service equipment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will coordinate concierge services, manage guest inquiries, and ensure accurate information flow between the private aviation terminal, guests, and internal teams while upholding Signature

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum age 18.
• Able to pass airport background checks and related screenings.
• Ability to work varied shifts and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet guests and crews with a warm welcome.
• Collaborate with team to ensure prompt, courteous service and accurate information flow.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions.
• Provide concierge services: hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and arrivals.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve requests efficiently; address billing concerns if needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities, services, and local area information.
• Monitor flights and coordinate services with Airside Experience Team; log activities.
• Keep guest areas stocked and clean; ensure restrooms and lobbies are orderly.
• Promote and sell Signature services and products to passengers and crews.
• Assist with luggage and transportation as required; assist pilots with weather info access.
