Job summary

Signature Aviation in the Dulles area seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crews, coordinate services, and ensure a smooth, memorable visit. This hospitality-driven, hands-on role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, and the ability to operate near aircraft and ground service equipment.

You will collaborate across teams, manage guest inquiries, arrange hotels and transportation, and promote Signature’s services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to pass airport background checks and obtain an airport security badge.
• Authorized to work in the jurisdiction.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and crew and escort them to entrance or aircraft.
• Collaborate with team to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures.
• Provide concierge services: hotel, transport, catering, and appointments.
• Manage inquiries and resolve requests and billing issues.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities and services.
• Monitor flights and coordinate with Airside Experience Team.
• Stock amenities and keep guest areas clean.
• Promote and sell Signature services to passengers and crew.
