Job summary

Museum of Illusions seeks an Illusion Expert to set the tone for guest experience, guiding visitors through exhibits and facilitating interaction for guests of all ages.

You will monitor museum operations, assist with events, and work across departments to ensure guests’ needs are met and the venue remains on-brand. The role emphasizes exceptional service and a welcoming, energetic presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2 years of customer-facing experience highly desired.
• Experience in the arts, entertainment, attractions, performance or hospitality industry is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outward, proactive, and trustworthy demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Significant emotional intelligence.
• Self-starter personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through the experience.
• Sell tickets and assist with merchandise in retail.
• Provide tours and lead or participate in events.
• Maintain cleanliness and brand standards throughout the museum.
• Assist with operations and museum traffic flow.
• Engage with guests in the Smart Playroom and exhibits to spark curiosity.
