Job summary

Museum of Illusions Detroit is seeking an Illusion Expert to welcome guests and guide them through exhibits, while assisting with events and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help guests capture memorable photos and ensure a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, selling tickets, answering questions, supporting special events, and maintaining brand standards across the museum shop and facilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer-facing experience is highly desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in arts, entertainment, or hospitality is a plus.
