Job summary

Museum of Ice Cream in Las Vegas is seeking a Show Ambassador to deliver high-energy guest experiences through scripted and spontaneous performances, while supporting retail sales and event operations.

You will collaborate with Service and Show teams, engage a diverse audience, and ensure a memorable visit with hospitality at the core. This entry-level role offers growth and a range of employee perks.

Qualifications

18 years or older.
Open availability, including weekends.
English proficiency for effective communication.
Standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
Team work in a high-energy environment.
Ability to bend/lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Guest Engagement & Performance: use scripted guides and spontaneous performances to bring exhibits to life and create memorable experiences.
Sales Across Key Business Areas: support sales across MOIC’s retail shop, bar and/or buffet, and ticketing.
Ice Cream & Treat Delivery (Cross-Trained): assist the service team in delivering ice cream and treats quickly and efficiently.
Hospitality & Service: provide real-time, positive guest support for a welcoming experience.
Event & VIP Setup: assist with performances and experiences for events and VIP guests.
Collaboration: work with Service and Show Teams to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Setup, Clean-Up & Maintenance: keep the museum clean and organized.
Perform Other Duties: take on additional tasks as assigned.
