Job summary

Museum of Illusions is hiring a Guest Services Manager to support day-to-day operations and provide leadership across the guest experience and floor operations. This role acts as an extension of management, ensuring smooth experiences during events and high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staffing planning, onboarding, staff training, and assisting the General Manager with strategic initiatives while representing the museum professionally at events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience with budgeting and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Schedule weekend and holiday work; forecast, schedule, and staff the museum based on sales trends and volume.
• Assist with interview, onboarding, and training of new staff; contribute to onboarding plans.
• Support Shift Supervisors to ensure smooth operations and guest service during shifts.
• Lead and model high standards of guest experience and team engagement; enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist the General Manager with strategic operational plans and initiatives.
