Job summary

Museum of Ice Cream in New York is seeking a Show Ambassador to engage guests through performances and interactions, while assisting across retail, bar, and ticketing. You will deliver high-energy service in a dynamic, playful environment and support special events for VIP guests.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• English proficiency is required for effective communication in the role.
• Standing and walking for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Team work in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement & Performance: deliver scripted and spontaneous performances to bring exhibits to life and delight guests.
• Sales Across Key Areas: support sales in MOIC’s retail shop, bar, and ticketing.
• Ice Cream & Treat Delivery: assist in delivering ice cream and treats to guests.
• Hospitality & Service: provide positive guest support throughout the experience and shop.
• Event & VIP Setup: support performances for events and VIP guests with high engagement standards.
• Collaboration: coordinate with Service and Show Teams for a cohesive guest experience.
• Setup, Clean-Up & Maintenance: maintain cleanliness and organization across the museum.
• Perform Other Duties as assigned by the manager.
