Job summary

The Museum of Illusions is seeking an Illusion Expert to greet guests, guide them through exhibits, and deliver friendly, engaging service in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor operations, assist with events, and help ensure the museum stays clean and welcoming.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least two years in a customer-facing role, and a passion for guest engagement. Experience in arts or hospitality is a plus, with strong communication and reliability valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer-facing experience highly desired.
• Experience in arts, entertainment, attractions, performance or hospitality industry is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Present an ambassadorial presence to reflect the Museum brand.
• Assist guests in exploring exhibits and capturing memories.
• Support event participation and guided tours as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and brand standards throughout the museum.
