Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to warmly welcome customers, promote CLUB and other programs, and assist with front-end duties. The role emphasizes high-quality service, adherence to dress code, and safe handling of guest interactions at the storefront.

The position emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to work unsupervised while contributing to a positive shopping experience for all guests.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

Greet all customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
Model Bass Pro Shops dress code and customer service standards.
Check in returned merchandise and guest/vendor logs.
Inform customers about events and promotions and provide promotional materials.
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe entryway and work area.
Assist firearm check-in per SOP without handling firearms.
All other duties as assigned.
