Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers and assist with front-end tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet guests, promote store programs, and help ensure a clean, organized entry area while modeling Bass Pro’s customer service standards.

The role emphasizes delivering an over‑the‑top guest experience with a professional appearance, effective communication, and proactive assistance throughout shifts. Part‑time hours available with associated benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership (US only), VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model brand standards by presenting professional image and adhering to dress code.
• Check in customers’ merchandise for returns and vendor visitors when applicable.
• Assist with event awareness and distribution of promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe entryway and assist firearms check‑in per SOP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
