Bass Pro Shops in Palm Bay, FL, is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and support front-end operations. You will greet customers, promote CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup, and uphold a professional image in accordance with our dress code.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, organization, and adaptability, with responsibilities that include processing returns and assisting with events while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Ability to promote programs and assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promote CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro Shops brand image by following dress code and presenting a professional appearance.
• Check in all customers’ merchandise for returns and assist visitors as needed.
• Inform customers of events, sales, or promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Keep entryway and surrounding work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
• Assist with guest check-in for firearms with the Outfitter per SOP (Greeters should not handle firearms).
• Other duties as assigned.
