Economos Properties is seeking a hotel front desk agent to warmly greet guests, check them in, and provide exceptional service. You will answer inquiries, promote amenities, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with other departments.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and computer skills. Bilingual Spanish or functional knowledge is a plus. Training will cover all safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to handle cash and post charges.

• Provide information about services, directions, and local attractions.
