Job summary

Economos Properties is seeking a hotel front desk agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in, and promote hotel amenities. You will be the first impression and main point of contact, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, basic computer skills, cash handling, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and process charges accurately.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous service at every interaction.
• Register guests and assign rooms; conduct check-out processes.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of property offerings, rates, and events.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information.
• Answer phones and handle mail, faxes, packages.
• Follow safety and company policies; attend meetings.
