Onix Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations. The role emphasizes sales orientation and guest satisfaction in a busy property.

You will handle reservations, payment processing, and daily front desk tasks while maintaining a welcoming lobby environment and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year front desk experience, preferably in a large volume property.
• Hotel computer experience.
• Ability to type 30-35 wpm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay.
• Verify guest reservation status and assist with registration and room assignment.
• Verify payment methods and follow established credit-checking procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to update room status.
• Assist with lobby and breakfast areas during slow periods.
