Hampton Inn & Suites Gulf Breeze is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, handle inquiries, and assist with reservations and local recommendations. You will also support other departments as needed to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Duties include courteous phone etiquette, computer literacy, accurate cash handling, protecting guest information, teamwork, and completing brand training to deliver 100% guest satisfaction during every stay.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work with little supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
