Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year front desk experience.
• Hotel computer experience.
• Ability to type 30-35 wpm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represents the hotel to guests throughout all stages of the stay and assists with registration and room assignment.
• Verifies payment method and follows credit-checking procedures.
• Maintains room status reports and coordinates maintenance and housekeeping requests.
• Manages front desk racks and communicates guest information to staff.
• Develops knowledge of Onix Hospitality brands and services and represents them professionally.
