Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during check-in and check-out, verify charges and notes.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions to guests.
• Resolve guest issues and execute recovery actions to WOW guests when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs; communicate professionally with staff across departments.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and assist with routine front desk tasks.
