Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a guest services professional to help guests discover their Wanderlust experiences and deliver exceptional service. You will check guests in, handle credits, and fulfill special requests while maintaining accuracy and a strong awareness of policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, note and fulfill special requests.
• Help resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t right.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff in a professional manner and assist other departments.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Follow procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
