Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and ensure a memorable stay. You will manage check-ins/check-outs, handle guest inquiries, and assist with local recommendations, collaborating with hotel teams to deliver smooth experiences.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, strong communication, cash handling skills, and familiarity with hotel software. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably hotel/hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with hotel property management software and computer systems.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
