The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication skills, cash handling ability, and a calm, proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Proven problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Proficient in hotel software systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
