Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to welcome guests and provide hospitality-focused services within client workplaces. You will engage visitors, coordinate with facilities teams, and act as the resident expert on local dining and entertainment to enhance guest experiences.

The role requires a high level of customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic workplace. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, on-site in San Jose, CA.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality-related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Flexibility and positive attitude when managing changing priorities.
• Professional demeanor with confidence and responsiveness in customer service situations.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations.
• Engage visitors, employees, and callers in a warm, helpful manner.
• Serve as a resident expert on local dining, hotels, attractions, and events.
• Proactively identify needs and deliver creative solutions.
• Coordinate with facilities management to ensure hospitality-focused service across departments.
• Act as central point of contact for campus information and wayfinding.
• Provide meeting support, reception services, and personal assistance as needed.
