Compass Group USA is seeking a Lobby Receptionist to establish a warm, welcoming atmosphere for clients, executives and staff. This role is the first point of contact, directing visitors and assisting during their stay.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls, enforcing security policies, handling visitor processing, and coordinating with support departments to ensure smooth operations across the site.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; some college preferred.
• Two to three years’ experience in a client service / reception position in hospitality or corporate environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.
• Punctual, dependable and dedicated to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and be the first point of contact for clients, executives and staff.
• Answer phones professionally, take messages, transfer calls, and handle requests.
• Enforce security policies for arriving/departing visitors and contractors.
• Manage activity in the internal visitor processing system.
• Register guest activity and liaise with other centers on visitor processing.
• Provide hospitality services support and assist with way-finding and amenities within the building.
• Coordinate with internal support departments for building needs (maintenance, IT, AV, mail).
• Support coverage at other locations as needed and adhere to flexible schedules.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to appropriate recipients.
