Lucky Strike Entertainment in East Hartford, CT is hiring a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and ring sales at the counter. You’ll help set the tone as guests enter and assist with basic bowling instructions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability.
• Assign lanes, shoes and other equipment as needed.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any equipment malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate the POS system, central panel, computers and PA system.
