Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with basic bowling instruction. You will ring sales, handle cash procedures, and coordinate with mechanics for any equipment issues.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or hospitality experience, excellent telephone etiquette, and a friendly, customer-focused mindset. Evening and night shifts available; on-site location.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
